  • a. The Association should be the regional sector's representative regarding advocating the establishment and modifications of industry codes, standards, regulations, zoning, and other factors affecting the Association.
  • b. The Association should provide current information on Human Resources and Business Management to its members.
  • c. The Association should provide its members with industry data and information on the economic impact.
  • d. The Association should do the marketing of HOMES on behalf of the Association's members.
  • e. The Association should do the marketing of COMMUNITIES on behalf of the Association's members.
  • f. The Association should do the marketing of SERVICES on behalf of the Association's members.
  • g. The Association should provide its members with information on accessing educational and training opportunities.
  • h. The Association should communicate regularly with its membership, providing a heads-up on any changes with could affect their business (i.e.: changes to regulations, technical developments, economic forecasts) as well as forwarding news items and information of importance to the industry.
  • i. The Association should provide an open and ongoing forum (online and/or face-to-face) where members can exchange ideas and information.
